Nature is the core of all life, everything that has been, is being, and ever will be. It is important as human beings not to forget, but remember, that we all have a natural affinity to living our life and are firmly rooted in nature. We are part of a GREATER WHOLE, and connected to ALL living things. As human beings we have been blessed with the gift of free will, the freedom to choose what we wish to experience through choices of fear or of LOVE.

As a recent graduate in textile design, through my own choice of LOVE, my website will present, environmental issues surrounding the conventional textile lifecycle. This information will assist in, making it possible for a higher conscious awareness when purchasing textiles items.

A diverse industrial practice for the manufacture of textiles means there are many environmental loopholes within the textile lifecycle. My website will cover many of these issues revealing conventional practices and highlighting alternative sustainable and greener way these methods could be, and in some cases are being practised.

It is then down to each of us as singular beings, a part of THE GREATER WHOLE, to decide not what we should do, but decide who we wish to be. LOVE or fear?

Currently under development is my own range of Bamboo and Hemp fashion fabrics. This has inspired me to encourage and nurture a sustainable, eco movement within the UK textile industry beginning with the development of Hemp fibre processing at Coldharbour Mill, Devon.
